Preventing sexist and sexual discrimination and violence (VSS)
WORKING TOGETHER TO COMBAT DISCRIMINATION AND GENDER-BASED AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE (VSS)
Inappropriate remarks, whistling, insults… Sexist or sexual behaviors that undermine a person’s dignity and create an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment are prohibited by law and are never tolerated at ESTP.
Determined to combat all forms of discriminatory, violent, or inappropriate behavior, ESTP has made zero tolerance a priority across all its campuses.
In this context, the school has implemented a comprehensive prevention and action policy, including:
-
Academic regulations explicitly incorporating the fight against gender-based and sexual violence (GBSV);
-
A common charter, signed with student associations, affirming collective commitment;
-
An Ethics and Diversity Committee, bringing together the school, associations, and alumni to reflect and act collectively against unacceptable behaviors;
-
A secure and anonymous reporting platform, enabling everyone to speak out with confidence: estp-groupe.besignal.com;
-
A Reporting Review Committee, directly linked to the General Management, ensuring impartial and rigorous follow-up;
-
Trained GBSV representatives on each campus, available to listen and provide support to any victim or witness.
Through these measures, ESTP reaffirms its commitment to providing every member of its community with a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning and working environment.
